Sandwhich Sushi

Let's face it: what is easier to make than a sandwich? But sandwiches are not a very fancy meal. Well, this will take your sandwiches to the next level. Oh, and if you have a little kid in your life who gets jealous every time adults are eating actual sushi (like my little cousin does), I think this is the perfect solution!

Of course, you can put anything you want inside. For this posts, I went with mustard, ham, and pickles. Another one of my favorites is cream cheese and salmon. Or, if you want to make it as simple as possible, you can use butter and ham.

The first thing you'll need to do is cut a piece of plastic wrap and place a slice of bread on top.

With a rolling pin, flatten the bread as much as you can.

I really recommend you use at least one "wet" ingredient. Mine was mustard. This is the first one you need you put on your bread.

Then, add the rest of the ingredients.

Don't add too much of them. The thinner the final result is, the easier the next steps will be.

Roll the bread and use the plastic wrap to wrap it.

Leave it in the fridge until you're ready to eat it. Then, simply unwrap it and cut it in slices.

The tighter you wrapped it, and the colder it is, the easier it will be to cut!

    1. It doesn't taste at all like sushi, but it's a fancier way to eat your sandwiches
