DIY Mini paper pumpkin

Hey!

I came up with this quick craft idea. It's so easy to make! You can even put some candy inside and give it to someone as a gift. Or you can leave it empty and use it as decoration.
Puedes poner caramelos dentro y regalárselo a alguien. O puedes dejarlo vacío y usarlo de adorno.

All you need is:
Sólo necesitas:
  • Orange and green paper
    Papel naranja y verde
  • Glue
    Pegamento
  • Scissors or an x-acto knife
    Tijeras o cutter
Cut the paper into stripes (mine were approximately 1.5cm wide) and paste two stripes forming a + .

Paste all the other stripes forming a circle.
Pega todos los demás formando un círculo.

Bring two ends to the top and glue them. Then glue all the other ends on top.

I then cut a small green circle and pasted it on top. This both helps cover up the ends and looks like a leaf. To make the stem I cut a thin and long piece of green paper and curled it using my scissors.
Luego, he cortado un círculo verde pequeño y lo he pegado encima.

If you don't know how to curl paper ribbons using scissors, you can watch this video.

And... That's all! I hope you liked it!
Y... ¡Eso es todo! Espero que os haya gustado.

By the way, guess what day it is today! That's right: it's October 3rd! Do I like Mean Girls a little too much? Probably.
